Who we are
Better Together is An articulate & unique discussion group and brain trust, experienced at having frank and audacious discussions that are important and deliberate attempts at healing America, right now.
We acknowledge that we have racist ideas. And, that we have a desire to become more antiracist by actively pursuing the work needed to replace our racist ideas with antiracist ideas.
We have a desire to learn more about each other and increase our cultural competency.
We participate in meetings as individuals in pursuit of Appreciative Inquiry.
We each promise to actively participate in keeping BT a safe and welcoming space for discussion.
We each pledge to actively listen when others are speaking and be honest when we chose to speak
